Post Malone’s Recent Bad Luck May Be Due to a Haunted Box
Post Malone hasn't had the best luck as of late, and it could be because of a chance encounter he had with a haunted wine cabinet back in June.
During a visit to the Haunted Museum in Las Vegas, owned by Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans, Malone took a peek at what is known as the "world's most haunted object." In footage obtained by TMZ, the Beerbongs & Bentleys rapper touches Bagans' shoulder as he begins to pull away from what is known as a dybbuk box, which inspired the 2012 horror film The Possession. Towards the end of the video, both stars exit the room, visibly freaked out. Up until this point, Zak had never actually taken the box out of its case, but felt compelled to after having several beers. For those unaware, dybbuk in Yiddish means "malicious spirit."
Post's simple gesture may have been what initiated his series of unfortunate events in the past month, Zak told TMZ. In August, the "Rockstar" had a traumatic experience when a tire blew out shortly after the private plane he was on began to take off. The plane circled for a bit before being forced to make an emergency landing. A few weeks later, three burglars attempted to rob him at his old San Fernando Valley, Calif. home on Sept. 1—fortunately Post Malone moved from the house months prior. The armed suspects did, however, pistol-whip the current resident of the home while repeatedly asking where Post was.
Most recently, Posty was involved in a car crash in West Hollywood, Calif. On the morning of Sept. 7, the rhymer's Rolls-Royce Wraith spun out of control after being struck by another vehicle.
We certainly hope Post Malone's luck turns around soon. Watch the video of his supernatural interaction below.
