This Home Is A Masterpiece With An Unexpected Twist In Alto, Texas
I have shared new home builds in Alto from Petty Construction in the past, and they never disappoint. I always admire the quality and the personalization that goes into every home design they carry to fruition.
The last time we looked at a home from Alto it was massive. We have a more relatable home this time, yet it is equally impressive.
Just like last time, this home was custom built and is not for sale. The owners, Jared and Kelsey Moore, are extremely thankful for all the hard work that was put into their new home.

This was a dream home for the Moore family. There were so many details put into it that make it uniquely theirs, and we are here for it.
The home is a good size and seems to be well over 3,000 square feet. It is rustic, yet upscale at the same time.
The twist on this home is found over the garage. Looking at the home you would never think that it was two stories.
Bonus Room Above The Garage Could Be Anything
In the photos below, there is a large room with a mini-split A/C unit. It could be a playroom, a media room, or a spare bedroom.
I really like the double garage doors and a door next to the garage doors. That would come in very handy when you want to walk outside of the garage, but not open the garage door.
I have had that happen to me many times. I usually turn around and go out the front door instead.

Take a look inside and don't miss the kitchen; you'll love it.
