If you are looking for a scare in East Texas this is the place to stop first. East Texas Only Premiere Haunted Attraction, with the motto "We Own Your Fear" so yeah, something for the entire family (12 and under not recommended).  This year for Halloween Total Insanity Hauntpark is allowing us a visit to Hafaker Manor.

Hafaker Manor
The Manor Still Stands
Take a tour of the historic Hafaker Manor and learn how the not so rich lived. This age old manor housed some of the most notorious creatures on the planet. When walking through this manor, use great caution, as some of them could very well still be there.
They have expanded on the trail and have really brought things up a level for their Fall 2019 Scare. They have outlined all the dates that they will be open in this super scary calendar.

Other attractions go on at the location at different times of the year, but their are two main scares just in time for Halloween. Visit the manor, and take a detour down the trail for "Once Upon a Nightmare"

Once Upon a Nightmare

This year we have added to and expanded our trail!
Take a walk on the edge of darkness where your worst fears can come true. If you thought The Zombie Apocalypse was bad, wait till you experience this.  Zombies, Ghost, Ghouls, Goblins, Werewolves and so much worse,  can be found during this terrifying  walk. The haunt  meanders through the darkness of the woods, inhabited by some of the most vile creatures on earth. The attraction takes you into a world that we have all feared would come true. Walk or run, we guarantee you will never want to go into the woods at night again.
The doors open at dark, and closing times vary, so check the website for exact days, or on their facebook. They also have Pawsitive Animal Encounters at the Hudson Volunteer Fire Dept location where you can hold, pet, and feed exotic animals. That is coming up on October 26th and Halloween October 31st.

Total Insanity Hauntpark is a Halloween based production in fear which consist of two main  attractions and variety of smaller attractions. The entire park is operated strictly by volunteers ranging in numbers of 100 to 125. The park serves as the primary fundraiser for the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department and contributes to nearly one quarter of the fire departments budget each year.
