Vanilla Ice Goes Indie Rock, Or Did He [VIDEO]

Okay so one of my most memorable moments was the day that I got to meet Vanilla Ice and bring him up on stage back in 1997.  At the time, he was already no longer famous...but I thought it was cool.  Well I couldn't tell if it was actually cool, or if it was a joke.

At the time, he already had switched from the rap I used to blare out of my 10's in my old Dodge mini truck, to Rock.  But now going indie rock, has Ice taken it one step too far?  Or perhaps he should stick to his current job of remolding and flipping houses.
