Let's face it, we've all done it. In this digital age we live in, if we take a picture we don't like we simply delete it, un-tag ourselves or hide it from the news feed. No harm, no foul, right?

I ran across an article about some kids who took a picture of their mother, on her phone, without her knowing it. When she finally saw the snap when scrolling through her pictures, she was horrified. All she saw was an overweight woman sprawled on a beach towel with bumpy thighs, flabby arms and an old lady swimsuit to cover it up.

When she asked her kids about it, they had an entirely different take. They found their mother to be beautiful in the picture.

This moment caused her to learn to love her body. Have you ever had a moment like this? A moment where you learn to love yourself as you are? I think if you'll take a moment to click through to the story, you'll have a smile on your face when you're done!
