Wow! I've been to like four Thanksgiving meals now and I am STUFFED! There was a ton of food! Every decadent treat you could think of and then some more. Stuffed mushrooms, pastas, wienies, cakes, cookies, brownies, dips, chips, turkey, ham, potatoes and more! The good news is that I read an article just this morning that says on average, we only gain about a pound through out the Holiday season. And if you're thinking of trying to diet during the Holidays, experts say not to try. Even those dieting will gain a half a pound on average.
