Big Time Rush Performs ‘Music Sounds Better With U’ on ‘Ellen’

In a performance on par with the Beatles playing ‘The Ed Sullivan Show’ in 1964, Nickelodeon group Big Time Rush gave a pitch-perfect performance of their hit ‘Music Sounds Better With U‘ to a house packed with screaming fans on ‘Ellen’ yesterday. If you missed it, don’t worry. The guys were nice enough to put a video on their website.

BTR’s performance on ‘Ellen’ was surely a way of whetting fans’ appetites for their upcoming Better With U tour — and a gift to fans everywhere who might not be able to make it out to see them later this winter. Any Rushers out there hungry for more will have to wait for their other recent Beatles-inspired move, the upcoming ‘Big Time Movie,’ coming to TV in 2012.

In addition to their stellar performance, Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan gave a brief interview, during which they discussed selling out their tour, and how they treated one lucky girl in the audience to a VIP ticket. How generous! Props to them, and props to Ellen for opening her show up to their some real boy band star power. Hopefully this means a future appearance on her show from One Direction.
