Cymbal Breaks – Check Out This Kids Awesome Recovery [VIDEO]

Okay I will admit it, I was a band kid.  I played percussion and then went on to tuba in the marching band.  I think I marched in the Diboll Day Parade once with a set of cymbals.  Luckily this didn't happen to me, and there was no You Tube back then.   This kids cymbal falls apart in the middle of the Star Spangled Banner, and instead of standing there slack jawed, he made a great move and serious save.

But to be honest I would have just picked up that broken cymbal and stuck my finger in the hole and gave it all I had.  Or grabbed the sticks that I always carried from my back pocket and wailed on the one I had left.  The show must go on!  If you were in a marching band you would have had to just pretend you had cymbals and pretended to play as you marched to not get points deducted in competition.
