Dan’s Day Trips – Rooftop Drive In Concert

If that doesn't get your attention I don't know what will. There are only so many ways to have fun together, yet socially distant. Make the short drive to Houston this Saturday September 26th. Then check out Axelrad at 1517 Alabama St, Houston TX. They are having a rooftop concert.

I feel like city correspondent Stefon from SNL. Okay kids, there's a cool bar in Houston deep in Midtown called...Axelrad. They have a variety of great drinks, and they are right next to Luigi's Pizza. This place has everything, great drinks, rooftop concerts, and 90's inspired, Austin Based, dream pop, shoegaze, quartet... Blushing live. Super cool place to see, and be seen.

Like other bars in Texas, they've had a bit of a setback recently, and closed due to governors orders like the rest of the bars in the state. The difference is that they are pivoting, and surviving.

This will be their third Drive-In Rooftop concert. Local Houston band GOODGIRL will be opening up. If you love Blushing, you will be a fan of GOODGIRL. They are also 90's influenced, but more energy focused. Really some great music to fit the mood for what we are all going through these days.

You can enjoy the concert from your vehicle. They will have lots of ways to listen though your car audio, or streaming live online video. The show will start with DJ sets at 7:30pm. You can get your tickets on Eventbright. Axelrad To-Go drinks will be available on the parking lot grounds.
