Doesn’t Look Good For Lindsay Lohan

I really think that she should be able to get off on this one, but people keep saying it's going to be the real deal and she is going to jail. I am getting bored with this though, I think she can't just be famous anymore for being famous. She really needs to be making hit movies or T.V. shows PDQ to keep getting all this attention. I guess once a celebrity always a celebrity. I don't know, I think it can be taken away. I mean most people that have had these kind of problems are at least doing something in between mess-ups. Look at Britney Spears, she has come a long way from the shaved head umbrella days. DP

LINDSAY LOHAN has a court date scheduled for Wednesday in Los Angeles to determine whether she's willing to accept a plea bargain in her grand theft case. She's accused of stealing a 25 hundred-dollar necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store last month. The actress has pleaded not guilty.

If Lindsay's legal camp cannot reach a plea bargain with prosecutors, the judge will schedule a preliminary hearing that will determine if she has to stand trial.

According to People magazine, Lindsay's mother DINA, her sister ALI, and her brother MICHAEL JR. are in L.A. and reportedly plan to be with her during her court appearance. A source says, "Lindsay wants her mom here because she is a bit bored" and that she's nervous about the court date because "her lawyer can't guarantee that she won't have to do jail time."
