The Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau, Visit Nacogdoches, continues to bring back an old fashioned drive in movie experience.  The newest outdoor movie theater is at the A.L.Mangham Regional Airport. The Nac at Night movie series is doing a make up showing of 'Love Actually' this Saturday.

The movie starts at 7pm, it was originally scheduled for December 19th, but because of rain, it was postponed till this Saturday, January 9th 2021. You can see it drive in movie style, like it was never intended.

I actually came across this because theyhave a new local food truck at the event. Rice Queen Street Food Truck will be there throughout the movie. I am really interested to see them serve up something for everyone. They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, so there will be something for everyone in your group. The Civil Air Patrol and it's volunteers will have hot chocolate, popcorn, and candy to sell.

A limited number of tickets will be sold and vehicles will be arranged and distanced to provide the best viewing for everyone. Space up front are also available for lawn chairs for some up close viewing. Only one ticket per car or lawn seating up to 4 people is needed Tickets are $20 per vehicle.

The movies are shown on the side of an airplane hanger, so they don't even need a screen to be assembled. The hangers are the perfect huge silver screen.
