Experience Virtual Reality In Lufkin

If you have ever wanted to try out Virtual Reality or VR gaming here is your chance. This Saturday August 1st, 2020 Austin County VR Experience is coming to Dream Catchers in Lufkin Mall. See what all the hype is about, and engage in an immersive gaming experience with the Oculus Rift equipment they are bringing.

Virtual reality gaming has been around for awhile, but like me, you might have not had the chance to try it. Austin County, VR is located in well...Austin County. Like us, no huge cities in the area, situated on the I10 corridor between Houston and San Antonio, closer to Houston.

They recognized residents there didn't have the opportunity to try it. With limited entertainment options in the area, they came up with Austin County VR. Their goal to make this accessible to everyone.

This would be an easy way to have a great time without leaving the house. Now that virtual reality has become more cost effective to normal consumers, it just made sense for them to come and show it off here to our local community.

They are thinking about a permanent location in our area. If you are into VR gaming, or know someone that is, this would be a great way to spread the hobby. They will be here basically to gauge Lufkin's interest in VR Gaming.
