Guy Pranks Cops With Fake Pee [VIDEO]

So all it takes if you want to go to jail right quick is to take a pee on the street in front of the cops.  This guy does it like 10 times.  Only he is using a water bottle.  Some of the cops take it pretty well, some I think wanted to shove that Spongebob hat and water bottle where the sun don't shine.
