If you are looking for something to do here in Deep East Texas this Saturday stop by the Angelina County Farmers Market. Saturday they are having a Memorial Day Weekend event from 9am - 4pm.

There are lots of things there for free. Enjoy Live music as you browse the booths in multiple pavilions. Shop for everything from Farm Fresh Vegetables and Artisan Breads to Yard Eggs and Crafts.

There will be free snow cones for everyone. It's free to get in, and free to park. There is also free popcorn, get it while it's hot!

How about some door prizes just for being there, they have this as well. They are giving out free tickets for door prizes. You must be present to win.

The Angelina County Farmers Market is under new management, Tommy & Lynn Marie Bryan are really stepping things up with lots of events like this. Stop in and say Hi to them and check out all that is going on at the vendors booths.

Vendors accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Bryan Farms and Kennerly Farms are there with their great selection of local produce. Check out all the jellies, local honey, plants, and flowers for sale.

The Angelina County Farmers Market is located at 2107 South Medford Drive on Loop 287 down from Cafe Del' Rio in Lufkin.
