To help raise awareness, they've declared October "Hands Are Not For Hitting Month" and have scheduled a ton of great activities and events for families all across the Lufkin and Nacogdoches area.

Here in Lufkin, they're starting the month off with a special, free, outdoor screening of The Hunger Games. It's open to the public, but remember that The Hunger Games is rated PG-13.
