Let’s Review: This IS NOT Going To Be An H-E-B In Nacogdoches

There has been a lot of speculation going around about the construction that is taking place on Northeast Stallings Drive in Nacogdoches. If you're not familiar, it's a large building that is located basically next door to Calvary Baptist Church. There's still a lot of work left to be done, but it's coming right along.

Now, while some people think that this new building is the location of a new H-E-B grocery store, I'm here to tell you that it's not...It's actually going to be several different offices...none of which are H-E-B.

So, to anyone that was hoping for an H-E-B to go in this building, I apologize. That's not what this is going to be. However, it's pretty exciting to consider all the things that are going in. It'll have a Body Lab (Laser and Aesthetics), Pineywoods Urgent Care, East Texas Allergy Center, Labcorp, Cline Family Medicine, Occupational Health Concepts, and - judging by the realty lease sign that's been put up in front of it - it looks like it has space for even more things.

I look forward to seeing this completed project, and what it will bring to Nacogdoches. No, it's not H-E-B, but it's still looks like it'll be great.
