Logic has been heavily using his platform this year to raise awareness for suicide prevention, as his song dedicated to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline, "1-800-273-8255," has made a gigantic impact.

Now, the Everybody singer is reportedly joining a slew of major names in music for a radio campaign called I'm Listening, which serves to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Logic will be joining Khalid, Metallica, Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, pop singer Halsey and many more for the campaign, which will be hosted by BJ Shea of KISW FM. During an interview for the radio campaign, the Maryland entertainer speaks on what inspired him to speak out on suicide.

"It's just so hard to fathom that, because I'm just like, a guy who raps," Logic explains. "And I had to ask myself, 'If I saved your life, but I wasn't even trying, could you imagine possibly all the people I could effect if I actually tried and I made, not only one song, but an entire album?'"

The radio campaign is set to air on Entercom stations stations this week (Sept. 5), which will feature personal stories from artists who have struggled with mental health issues, as well as offers for resources and help for listeners. It will also incorporate PSAs to help prevent suicide, on-air promos, and live conversations surrounding the important topic.

Be sure to tune in to Entercom stations to hear more from Logic and other artists speak on mental health awareness.
