The Houston Police Officer's Union (HPOU) is incensed over a judge's decision to grant bond to Tavores Henderson.  He's the 21-year-old who has been charged with the death of Nassau Bay Police Sergeant Kaila Sullivan.

Even if Henderson were able to post the bond money, chances are small that he would be released.  He has another open case in Harris County and yet another in Montgomery County.  However, many people have voiced their feelings that the bond is a slap in the face of the deceased officer, her family, and the police community, in general.
