Slab poured, walls up, and now that iconic facade is taking shape. What started out as a rumor last year, is happening on site at 4640 S. Medford Drive, and it's happening fast. The weather since the ice storm has been great, I'm sure the sunny cool weather is helping get things going on schedule.

I took a look online and they are also hiring for a variety of positions. Currently they are looking for a Service Manager, and Kitchen Manger. Texas Roadhouse has over 611 locations, at which they serve 300,000 meals every day. Steaks account for 44% of their menu. The number one seller is the 6oz sirloin. They make all of their food from scratch. Right down to the bacon bits, and of course those rolls everyone keeps talking about.
