Texas Forestry Museum Fall Festival
If you are looking to fill some free fun in East Texas, we have found a great event to keep those kids entertained. I think it's a great time of year for kids to learn about this big forest we live in.
The Texas Forestry Museum invites you and your family to Fall Festival. On Friday, October 18th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm the museum will have a photo booth, mini hayrides, and caramel apples for the whole family to enjoy. Fall themed games for the kids like the pumpkin ring toss, pick a pop, spin-to-win wheel, and more. The event is free to the public. The event is sponsored by Pilgrim’s Pride. Photos will be taken at the event for promotional materials.
About: - The Texas Forestry Museum is home to the story of the forests of Texas. The complexity of the natural resource, the legacy of the industry, and the current and future role of forest management practices can be explored through three galleries, outdoor exhibits, and an Urban Wildscape Trail.
