Is working out not your thing? I know lots of people that go to the gym regularly. I wonder if they fell like these people?

I really don't understand people that work out all the time. I don't know how they do it. I have a treadmill at the house. I use it to dry towels on. It works pretty well, though they sometimes get hard.

These inner voices we are all familiar with. Feelings of inadequacies at the gym are normal. I just think too much to work out: it really doesn't relax me at all. I can relate for sure to these people!
