What Would You Buy With $10,000?

Why is the guy in that picture not grabbing that money?

As an employee, I can't win the huge cash prize, but I can still daydream about what I would do with that kind of money. Here's what I would do with 10 G's. (Are the kids still calling it that?)

Family
Before charity, before shopping sprees, before all that money can be called "my money," I've got to pay my family for putting up with me more than anyone else has.
Honestly ... I probably will be left with $4,000 after I make sure my wife, parents, and siblings have some spending cash.

Friends
Look ... I'm already a pretty happy guy. I don't have a lot of goals or aspirations left in my life, and before I give any money to charity, I feel like my poor friends with big ideas could use the money better than I could.

Virtual Reality
Right now while all these Virtual Reality headsets are just coming out, they are way too expensive for us plebs to afford. I'd have to win a huge cash prize to get in on that technology early.
Who needs a physical vacation when you have infinite possibilities to program into your V.R. headset?
