The Nacogdoches Convention and Visitor's Bureau is ready for another musical throwback. They kicked off their Full Moon Concert Series with The Eagles cover band 'Already Gone'. The turnout was great (pictured below) and the reviews were wonderful.

Now, let's head back to the 80's for the next round. Saturday, July 24th, The Spicolis, an 80's cover band will be playing live at Festival Park. If you remember the songs and times of the 80's, then you remember 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High', right?

The venue for this show will once again be the heart of beautiful Downtown Nacogdoches with lawn seating surrounded by historic brick buildings. Food trucks and adult beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets are $10 for 18+ and $5 for 17 and under.

The concert series is brought to you by Visit Nacogdoches and the City of Nacogdoches.

You have the chance to win some great prizes just for dressing in your best 80's garb.

The Best Dressed winner gets a free night stay at The Fredonia Hotel & Convention Center! The 2nd Place winner gets an hour of Axe-Throwing for 2 at Lumberjacks Axe Throwing Nacogdoches! 3rd prize gets dinner at Auntie Pasta's or Clear Springs Nacogdoches with a $25 gift card.

Make your way to downtown Nacogdoches on Friday as well for their Nac Snack Friday. Make plans to grab lunch this Friday on the Downtown Square and come back for dinner and live music by Johnny-Ray Hubbard from 5:30-8!
Food Trucks for this Friday include Rice Queen Street Food, Chambers Smokehouse, Casa Del Bayou, Mama Rose Italian Ice, Reed's Fish & More, and Snack Shack Kettle Corn.
