East Texas Downpours

Deep East Texas received some much-needed rain on Thursday. A cold front has been slowly pushing across the Lone Star State bringing not only some welcome cooler temperatures but some widespread downpours across the Pineywoods.

A few of the cloudbursts caused some temporary street flooding in parts of Lufkin and Hudson. The majority of the Pineywoods received precipitation, however, the northern half of Angelina County appears to have gotten the lion's share of the rain.
