Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ Is Fastest-Selling iTunes Single in History

Lady Gaga's latest single, 'Born This Way', has broken another record: The song has sold more in its first few days of availability than any other song by a female artist!

 The track, the first one released from Gaga's album of the same name, is officially the fastest-selling single ever in the iTunes store -- it's now shifted over a million tracks in just five days.  It's also topped the charts of the iTunes stores in 23 countries. 

Gaga's song is now well on its way to becoming one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, selling digital downloads of all time.  The number to beat is six million -- that's how many copies the most-downloaded song ever, "I Gotta Feeling" by the BLACK EYED PEAS, has sold.The album Born This Way is due May 23rd.
