You better think twice before walking into the radio station with some old dusty kicks. We're doing a K-Fox 955 "Meme Mimic" today, where we take a new trend and see who all around the building knows what we're talking about.

I took some time today to walk around the station and give everyone a heads up that their footwear game is not on point. When I finally got to everyone, I noticed the shoes actually weren't that bad. Our shoes aren't the high-end expensive shoes that were worn by the guys that started this meme, but they are perfectly acceptable footwear. I was surprised at the lack of boots in the station (East Texas and whatnot), but then after making the rounds we kinda ended up with only one pair, mostly because some of the sales staff was out.

The Vine that started it all was actually a guy asking a Police Officer about his footwear. They looked like Frankenstein boots. This was already as custom within some cultures in the inner city to make fun of people that were wearing broken down or off brand footwear. The ploy is to confuse the person as to what you are talking about. You never actually talk about their janky shoes. Look up and then come down hard on the shoes with the camera.

So go out today and roast your friends and family on their questionable footwear choices, but try to be a little nice about it.
