This Thursday is the "Women in Red" Luncheon. The "Women In Red" organization was founded to raise awareness for women's heart health.

The 2017 event is this Thursday, and it is Sold Out, so if you're one of the lucky ones that got tickets, be sure to get lots of pictures.

The luncheon will be at the Pitzer Garrison Civic Center at 11:30 AM. Proceeds will benefit the Angelina County Heart Alliance which is a local nonprofit that helps supply schools with AED's (Automatic External Defibrillators.)
