Let’s Do The Time Warp At The Pines Theater In Lufkin
When someone asks me what my favorite "anything" is I usually have a hard time answering. My tastes in bands, music, and movies change all the time.
Somewhere along the way, although I can't remember why, I decided that Tim Curry was my favorite actor. He is just perfect for any role.

To go from playing Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the '70s to playing Wadsworth in Clue in the '80s to a non-speaking role in a TV movie in the '90s for Stephen King's IT is just amazing. I think he steals the show no matter the role, and he will be back on the big screen at the Pines Theater in Lufkin.
Go Back In Time To See This Halloween Cult Classic
The Rocky Horror Picture Show movie was an adaptation of a play in the early '70s that also starred Tim Curry in his iconic role. He also designed his makeup for the stage version of the show.
The movie has grown into a phenomenon since its release in 1975. At a midnight showing at the Waverly Theater someone started yelling things at the screen while it was played.
By 1977 they started throwing things during certain points of the film and bringing props. The movie continued to grow in popularity for its groundbreaking content and audience participation.
