There are so many things going on at the Texas Forestry Museum that it is sometimes hard to keep track. Don't worry; they are working hard to inform us about all the fun crafts and activities.

Seedlings: A Toddler Program is having its first Seedling class for the year and spots are almost gone. If you want some special time with your child ages 2 - 5 this might be for you.

The first class is Mushroom Day on Friday, January 24th at 9 AM. The second class is Seeds Day on Friday, January 31, 2025, also at 9 AM.

They have many more seedlings classes planned throughout the spring, and each of the classes is about nature. The different nature topics are a chance to engage parents and their toddlers with fun crafts and activities.

The classes last 30 minutes and the cost is $5 per child, and parents are free. At the end of the class the families that participated get to play in the museum before it is open to the public.

Registration for the classes started on January 14th at 8 AM and they only have a few spots left. You can use those same numbers to ask about renting their party room for your next event.
