The Texas Forestry Museum invites your family to experience Fun in the Forest After Dark. Get in on the action Friday, February 7th from 6 PM - 7:30 PM at the Texas Forestry Museum located at 1905 Atkinson Drive in Lufkin, Texas.

There will be fun things to do for the entire family. You can roast hotdogs over the campfire, go on a night hike, and learn all about campfire safety with the Texas A&M Forest Service.

This is always an interesting event, being in town, yet in the forest after dark is an adventure. Make sure and dress appropriately, as it might be chilly out.

Take A Night Hike On The Urban Wildscape Trail In Lufkin

The Texas Forestry Museum recommends closed-toe shoes, warm clothing, and a flashlight. Just because you are hiking in the dark, doesn't mean you won't walk about in the great outdoors in the dark.
