Texas Forestry Museum Plans Your Spring Break
Lots of activities are planned for the upcoming spring break holiday at the Texas Forestry Museum. If you are looking for some things to do with your kids, this is might be something that will keep the kids occupied for the days you are all off.
Spend your spring break during their multi-day schedule of events. Saturday, March 10th - Saturday the 17th they will be open from 10 am - 5 pm. Enjoy actives like dragonfly craft, nature bingo, and outside twister.
On Wednesday March 14th, things will be a little different. It's the Reading Railroad, and you can come and listen to local personalities read stories at various stations around the museum. The event is free, so bring the kids out from 10am - 12 pm for a great time.

Check out their location at 1905 Atkinson Dr. in Lufkin. They are open from 10 a.m. to 5:00 pm everyday except Sunday, not just spring break, except major holidays.
