2019 ACHA Color Run/Walk

If you are looking to get active and be a part of a colorful event, this one is for you. The Angelina County Heart Alliance is putting this together as a fundraiser. It's Saturday, October 19th 2019. The run is happening at Ellen Trout Park/Zoo at 402 Zoo Circle In Lufkin, Texas 75904.

Check in time is at 7am and the races start at 8:30am. This is a 5k and 1k color walk/run, and during the race the participants are doused with color at various color stations ending with one final color celebration at the finish line.

Registration is $25 for Kids and $35 for Adults 13 and up. The registration fee includes a run/walk registration, individual color packet, race bib, and run t-shirt. Kids 0-5 are free, but no promotional items are included. Promotional items were are only guaranteed if you signed up by Saturday October 4th, but they will be accommodating as possible I am sure.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Heart Disease Awareness in Angelina County. This is an excellent opportunity to come and show your support for Heart Disease awareness and research. Its is something that clearly touches us all.
