Downtown Lufkin Trick-Or-Treat Map Released

On Friday, October 30th 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Main Street Lufkin will host the 31st annual Downtown Lufkin Halloween Trick-Or-Treat. Downtown merchants welcome your little munchkins into downtown Lufkin for their annual Trick-or-Treating event, offering safe Trick-or-Treating during daylight hours.

The City of Lufkin just released their route to walk to get candy. This is not a drive through. Masks are encouraged, it's Halloween! There doesn't seem to be any route that you have to take, so you could show this to the kids and plan your attack.

Participating businesses and offices can be identified by Halloween decorations at their entrance. Kids twelve and under are invited to participate. All kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

There will be a wide variety of places to stop in and get candy. Vendors set up in the area, and booths from businesses around town, that don't have an office downtown. So if you are driving in that area during this event, just know that you will be redirected.

I remember going to this, they have been doing it for over 30 years in downtown Lufkin. There are a lot of new businesses downtown that you should check out. The Hanger Collection is pretty nice.
