The Angelina County and Cities Health District inspected Guacamole's at 2660 Ted Trout Drive off of Loop 287 in Lufkin on August 1, 2024.
47 Violations Noted During Last Guacamole's Location Visit
19 days after the inspection on August 20, 2024, the kitchen burned down.

Their Nacogdoches location is open, but according to the Guacamole's Lufkin Facebook, there is no timeline for when they will reopen after closing due to fire 75 days ago.
The violations below were not bad enough to cause a closure, so I assume they fixed most of these issues after being inspected. Here is the official report, along with 7 other newly released inspections from August.
