Have Brunch With Bats At Ellen Trout Zoo In Lufkin, Texas

Leave the kids at home for an "Evening Brunch With The Bats" at Ellen Trout Zoo. They are promising a night of brunch food, cocktails, music, and bats.

This event will be at the zoo on Saturday, May 21st from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm at the Ellen Trout Zoo. You must be 21 or older to attend this bat loving get together.

Tickets are $50 each and are available at the Friends Of Ellen Trout Zoo website. All the proceeds will benefit the Ellen Trout Zoo's exhibit master plan.

Kid-Friendly Events Coming To Ellen Trout Zoo In Lufkin

Brunch with the bats is not for the kids, but the Ellen Trout Zoo has many kid-friendly events coming up soon. Earth Day at Ellen Trout Zoo will be celebrated on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022.

Guests will enjoy an assortment of earth-friendly games and activities when you visit the zoo that day. Regular zoo admission is required.

I was also interested in a collaboration they are doing at the zoo with the Angelina Arts Alliance. Seems like the kids will really love this one.

The Singing Zoologist At Ellen Trout Zoo In Lufkin 

The Singing Zoologist is coming to Ellen Trout Zoo for a free concert. If you love animals, you will enjoy the show.

The performance will be educational and fun for everyone at the same time. Lucas Miller has been singing his songs about animals and ecosystems, since earning a zoology degree from Miami Univesity in Oxford, Ohio in 1991.
