It seems like more and more towns are having food truck-related events go on. Food trucks have gotten to be a really big deal in America. Now, they're becoming a big deal right here in our neighborhood. Lots of our local business will have food trucks set up to serve customers at least one day a week, if not more.

This uptick in food truck popularity has now sparked a lot of conversation in Nacogdoches, and because of that, there is consideration to change up the food truck ordinances within the town.

That's where you come in. On July 25th, starting at 5:30, there will be a public meeting in the Nacogdoches County Annex. This will be a time for restaurant owners, business owners, and community members to discuss their thoughts with local elected officials about possible changes to the food truck ordinance in Nac. There will be an overview of the different food trucks, an overview of proposed changes to the ordinance, and then - as mentioned before - a time for public comment.

They're calling this event, "Let's Taco 'Bout Food Trucks". How fitting is that???
