Living Nativity Is A Lufkin Tradition
Bring your family to the time that it all began, the Living Nativity at First Christian Church. They are right across the corner from our station, and every year it's amazing to see all the cars lined up
If you haven't been to the nativity lately, it's changed a lot over the years. This is a simple live setting of the Nativity. You can stop by and view it at the Church Monday, December 19th for one night only. The theme is "The Reason for the Season". No frills, or loud music just a simple quiet visual display of the humble nativity where Jesus was born.
An event for you and your family to pause and remember why we celebrate Christmas! If you are interested in coming, you may have to wait patiently in line entering at the First Street driveway of First Christian Church, 1500 S. First Street, Lufkin, Texas.
For some, it may be the only time you slow down and reflect on the reason for the season. A glimpse of the birthplace of the Christ Child. Bring your children to see and tell of that story of Jesus birth....in a humble stable in Bethlehem...
A gift, freely given from the First Christian Church family, for your family to experience the Reason for the Season. First Christian Church would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and also invite you to there Christmas Eve service on December 24th at 6:00pm.
