New Nacogdoches Police Department Pet of the Week – Meet Rocko!

It's been almost a month since we had a new Nacogdoches Police Department Pet of the Week come across our newsfeed. However, that changed today. This was the post from the Nacogdoches Police Department Facebook page:

So, as you can see, officer Dillon stopped by to meet Rocko and feature him as this week's NPD Sponsored Pet of the Week.

Rocko is an eight month old lab/terrier mix that has been at the animal shelter for a few months now. He's just waiting on someone to adopt him and take him to his forever home.

If this sounds like the kind of dog you're looking for, you can stop by the Humane Society of Nacogdoches County animal shelter and meet Rocko and all the other pets that are currently looking for homes. Adoption times at the shelter are noon to 6:00.

Also, don't forget, that with an approved adoption of the pet of the week, you'll receive a voucher to cover 100% of the spay/neuter costs, plus rabies vaccinations, at the local vet clinics.
