Winds gusting to 60 mph, damaging hail, flooding, tornadoes...that's all on the table for our Deep East Texas weather this weekend.

The National Weather Service as well as the Storm Prediction Center agree that East Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas will be ground zero for big storms and heavy rainfall for this Saturday and Sunday.  Beginning Saturday morning, storms will begin developing and moving across the region.  Most of the activity should dissipate by Saturday evening, only to redevelop across the area late Saturday and on Sunday.  These downpours could occur again and again over the same area leading to over 5 inches of rain in some areas.
