Teens Thank Parents Television Council For Letting Them Know About ‘Skins’ [VIDEO]

Someone at Funny or Die obviously thinks that the PTC causing a ruckus over the MTV remake of British teen show Skins is laughable.  Because anyone who knows a teenager knows that the best way to get them to do something (or in this case, watch something) is to tell them how bad/wrong it is.
