One Of Texas’ Most Wanted Sex Offenders Has Lufkin Ties

There are quite a few fugitives that have remained on the Texas Fugitive Still Wanted list for many years. Some to the point that their age might lead one to believe that they could have already passed away.

One example is Luis Amador, Jr. from Houston, Texas. He has been wanted since 2000 on crimes of sexual conduct with a minor, molestation of a child, indecent exposure, and more.

If he is still alive he would almost be 89 years old. His last crime was committed when he was 65 years old.

That could very well eventually be the case with Troy James Allison. His last crime was committed in 2004 when he didn't follow through with the terms of his parole.

I found stories written about him, including the fact that he has absconded from justice dating all the way back to 2011. Now if Allison is still alive he would be coming up on his 70th birthday.

That might mean that he would look very different than the last known pictures of him taken almost 20 years ago. He has an extensive criminal history, though all his crimes were committed in Houston where he was born.

Allison was convicted of aggravated rape in 1977 and was sentenced to 75 years. He was paroled in 2003 after serving only 25 years of his sentence.
