This Is The For Sure Smallest House For Sale In Nacogdoches

There's no shortage of houses for sale in the Nacogdoches city limits. All you have to do is check out Zillow.com to see this. There are houses of all shapes and sizes, and all different prices. Every now and then, I'll go roaming through Zillow to see what kinds of houses I can find.

Today, out of curiosity, I searched the Zillow listings by size, and I came across the absolute smallest house for sale in Nacogdoches. This is what I found:

What you're looking at is a 480 square foot, one bedroom, one bathroom house. It's for sale right now for $50,000. It's located at 604 Hayward Street close to Downtown Nacogdoches. Here's the map from Google for reference, if you need it:

I couldn't find any information on how big the lot is that the house sits on. Also, as of right now, there aren't any pictures of the inside of the house. The description on Zillow sounds pretty promising though:

Now, this house is a bit small for me, but if you're looking for a small house, then maybe you should check it out! As for me, I think I'll keep my eye on Zillow to see what else comes around...
