If you haven't heard the word ratchet lately it's only because you aren't up on the current lingo dude. Wait I think the word dude is out of date. Can I start this over?

This is a brand new word. It means a busted or broken person. As far as I can tell it's only applied to women. Seems to me to be a play on crotchety. But the video explains it better.
