
15 Felony Arrests In Nacogdoches County Jan 25 – 31
There are 308 inmates in the Nacogdoches County Jail. People arrested near Nacogdoches are held in this facility.
This week the SFA University Police showed up in the report. They arrested Anthony Raphael Rubio, 24, of Longview for threatening to disclose images in exchange for a benefit.
He allegedly threatened to publish intimate visual material and share photos of someone without their consent. This is a State Jail felony, and if convicted could get 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a 10K fine.
Current Inmate Arrested In 2017 At Nacogdoches ISD
Jaquaylin Dawone Session, 25, of Nacogdoches was arrested for property theft of less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. This is also a State Jail Felony, but only because of the two prior convictions. It would have been a Class A misdemeanor, but it ramps up the charges when you have previous convictions.

According to KTRE, in 2017 Jaquaylin Session was arrested when he was only 17.
Chief Sandra Murray said that an administrator at Malcolm Rector Technical High School told a police staff member that he saw a student with a gun. Murray said the student claimed that the gun did not belong to him and that someone borrowed his backpack.
NISD Student Arrested For Having A Gun And Bullets In Backpack
Session was found with a Ruger .22 caliber in a soft gun case. Investigators also found five bullets in his backpack.
He was charged with a third-degree felony for having a gun where weapons were prohibited.
