
Nacogdoches County Felony Arrests July 12 – 18
There weren't many felony arrests in Nacogdoches over the past week. Most of the arrests made that are still in the Nacogdoches County Jail were for misdemeanors.
Many of the people were trespassers. Nine people in total were jailed for felony charges that are still pending.
Jacob Aaron Kessler, 41, from Nacogdoches, was wanted for three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child. He was just added to the Texas Department of Public Safety's Ten Most Wanted fugitives list.
Today, he appears to have been captured and put in the Nacogdoches County Jail. His last known location was in Nacogdoches. It was believed he was on the run, but that didn't turn out to be true.
He is a convicted sex offender and has to check in every three months. Now he is back safely behind bars in Nacogdoches County.

Man From Memphis Arrested In Nacogdoches For Drugs And Child Trafficking
According to the arrest report, Ubaldo Catalino Perez-Roblero, 20, was arrested and charged with trafficking a child with the intent to engage in sexual conduct. This is a first-degree felony in Texas.
It carries a stiff fine, and he could face a potential life imprisonment sentence. Some factors could make the charges worse if the investigation finds that any of the crimes were committed near a school or a juvenile detention facility.
