Felony Arrests In Nacogdoches County Dec 7 – 13
There are currently 312 inmates in the Nacogdoches County Jail, 17 of whom are pretrial Class A and B Misdemeanor offenders.
This report focuses on the 208 pretrial felons (189 male and 19 female). There are 35 pretrial state jail felons and 52 in the "all other" category.
There were 4,582 bookings in and out of jail in 2024. The 19 pretrial and state jail felons pictured below were arrested in and near Nacogdoches, Texas from December 7th to December 13th, 2024.
Armed Robbery In Nacogdoches Leads To Apartment Evacuation
According to the Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel on the afternoon of Monday, December 9, 2024 the Chevron Food Mart in the 3200 block of North Street was robbed. Nacogdoches Police got the call involving a suspect displaying a gun during the robbery.
An employee told police the suspect stole an unspecified amount of money and other objects. After reviewing what was likely video evidence, the officers began searching for a second suspect and a blue car connected to the robbery.
The search for the car led officers to arrest Isaiah Ke Andre Hartsfield, 22 of Nacogdoches, at his apartment. Swat was called around 6:30 PM and temporarily evacuated residents to locate the second suspect.
Both Suspects Now In Custody In Nacogdoches Armed Robbery
Crime Stoppers put out a cash reward of $1,000 to locate Tristan Gardner Jr., 18 of Nacogdoches. He turned himself in on Friday, December 13 ending the three-day search.

Many residents were rattled by this armed robbery committed in full daylight in a busy part of town. Both perpetrators are now behind bars thanks to the Nacogdoches Police Department.
