Felony Arrests In Angelina County March 15 – 20
There have been plenty of arrests in Angelina County over the past few days, but not many mugshots. I believe that is to combat scrapers like Busted, which show mugshots of anyone arrested and blast them all over Facebook.
If the jail waits a week to put the mugshot up, the Facebook auto post doesn't have a photo, so that seems to be a good plan. Anyone can go to the Angelina County Jail website anytime and see mugshots, but now there is less of a chance that someone with a misdemeanor charge will have their face plastered on Facebook.
