Felony Arrests In Nacogdoches County March 8 – 14

According to the Longview News Journal, Longview police arrested Stephens in 2012 when he was living in Henderson after a stake-out at an East Marshall Avenue hotel.

Longivew police stated at the time they saw Stephens, then 40, leave the hotel, so they followed him. He was pulled over, arrested, and served with an outstanding Smith County warrant for not registering as a sex offender. He was also charged with the cocaine they found in his pockets.

He was charged with having a CS 1g>4g. He was in the Gregg County Jail with a bond totaling $170,000.
