Lufkin PD Arrests Man for Indecent Exposure

Sunday morning around 11, a Lufkin Police Officer was sent to the intersection of North Raguet and North John Redditt Drive (Loop 287) in reference to a naked man in the road. 

When the officer arrived on the scene, Richard Casey, 59, pulled open his hospital gown and exposed himself to the officer. A 12-year-old boy also witnessed the incident.

Casey, who list his home address as Harker Heights, was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
