
Felony Arrests In Nacogdoches County May 24 – 30
Most of the arrests here have been made by the Nacogdoches Sheriff's Office and the Nacogdoches Police Department. Nacogdoches is a county, similar to Dallas, where the main city is also the county's name.

That is why they have a Sheriff and a Police Department with the same name. The following individuals were arrested in Nacogdoches County, Texas and then sent to the Nacogdoches County Jail between May 24th and 30th, 2025.
Every citizen here is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Breaking Into Someone's House In Texas Is A Felony
Cayley Hendrick, 29, of Whitehouse, was arrested for allegedly breaking into someone's home. That is a F2 and the next to the worst felony level.
Most of the rest of this week's crimes were drug-related. How much trouble you get into with drugs usually has a lot to do with proximity to a school or jail.

Someone Brought A Prohibited Substance Into Jail
Wayne Ellis, 22, was caught with drugs (allegedly) inside and outside of jail. He brought a prohibited item (drugs) into jail and got an F3 level felony charge.

Leobardo Venegas was charged with alleged drug dealing and had more than 4 grams, but less than 400 grams of a controlled substance. It was the worst felony level at F1, and he had two of those, but different substances.
